Versa-Lok Retaining Wall
The steep slope of this back yard is now a level usable living space at this property. Using the Versa-Lok retaining wall system, the foundation of the wall was set, along with the drainage tile. Then construction of the wall began, fill soil brought in to raise the grade along with a 6” layer of top soil and sod added to make a level enough lawn for a putting green.

Kalorama Permeable Lead Walk
Natural stone makes this lead walk unique, sharp looking and environmentally friendly. The old cracked and worn concrete was removed and replaced with a permeable gravel base, large slabs of lilac and blue cleft flagstone and decorative gravel to make a modern walk with style and functionally that will reduce water run off and keep rain water on the property for the landscape plants.
